We've had some big temperature swings in the last few weeks. One night, it was too hot for Emerson to sleep in his room, so we made "pink bed" on the floor in Mommy and Daddy's room. It went pretty well, but it was a little weird when Emerson started talking in his sleep. And then there was the time when Mommy woke up to go to the bathroom and saw that Emerson was just sitting up in bed...pretty freaky.
Mother's Day was nice, and Alison showed off her 37-week belly.
Brandon and Emerson had a "Daddy Day" for the one day in May when Emerson's daycare was closed. They went to the zoo...
...and had a fun lunch at a diner.
They also took a trip to Lakeside Nature Center, which Emerson had visited before as a wee little man. He had a good time hiking and adventuring.
And then Mommy was 38 weeks pregnant with a very, very large belly. Whew!
