R.I.P. Telemachus
Telemachus died on Monday after living with us for six days. His cause of death was unknown. Here is a picture of Telemachus in happier times.

Here fishy fishy fishy
We added our first group of fish to the aquarium on Tuesday. We gave them Greek/Roman names to go along with the column theme of the tank. The fish were a little shy about having their pictures taken, but we did our best:
Ulysses is a dalmatian molly. He seems to be the most photogenic of the fish and was the only one who gave us non-blurry pictures!
His speckled pattern makes for very good camouflage.
Penelope is a red wag platy. She is very shy and likes to hide in the most hidden spot in the aquarium--luckily she was out and about when we decided to take pictures.
Telemachus, a black molly, is the smallest of the three fish. He seems to have some problems coping with the larger world of the aquarium and spends almost all of his time in one small spot up at the top corner. We quickly snapped this picture when he swam down a few inches below his normal spot.

A family picture.

Our Six-Month Anniversary
Christmas 2 & Alison's Birthday
The anticipation! (Christmas morning)
The Robergs visited New York and New Jersey during the holiday break, so we were able to spend some time together. (And Kendall was there in spirit, as evidenced by the guys' t-shirts.)
Family togetherness.
Alison turns 22!
One of the gorgeous necklaces (made by Shelley) that Cindy gave me for my birthday.
