We're starting to get settled into our new Kansas City apartment. More pictures to come, but here are some shots of the early stages.
Building desks for the new apartment.
A view of our living room, before we filled it with boxes... And finally (for today), here is the video Carl (Brandon's dad) made of the move to Kansas City and our new apartment/neighborhood...
I so enjoyed watching this yesterday. Your new place looks darling!!! I love the dark wood and the old-fashionedness of it. Can't wait to see the updated pics. Hope you guys are settling in well!
Your new apartment looks so cute! And the desks look great! I know you'll probably hear this alot, but the pictures of your trip just made me think of the Wizard of Oz "It's a twista!" Looks like your father-in-law loves making slideshow/photo movies like mine :) It will be fun to have and share with your future kids!
So I wish 12 years ago I understood photo journaling and took pictures of our first place in Springville - it was eerily similar! I love your place and neighborhood. Sorry you had to move that TV. Looks heavy. We have a huge heavy TV too. Steve said he will never move it. Stays with the house! (Unless he gets rid of it sooner by replacing it with something oh so bigger and oh so lighter....)
