Another DI Discovery
As the new semester begins, we have once again been overwhelmed by the "too many books, not enough bookshelves" problem. However, thanks to Brandon's ingenuity, we've found a solution. He discovered this cabinet for at DI for $8--it had several rows of slots like you might find in a mailroom and was lightweight yet durable. We took out some of the shelves so it could hold books, and--voila!--a more efficient "office " space (actually, it's our kitchen table, but it's a very professional-looking kitchen table now!). Now we just need to get a runner of some kind to hide the scratches in the finish... Still, definitely a bargain.

I love the shelf, very clever and it looks very functional, I could use something like that to sort my mail.
Looks like a great find - probably was once in an office to sort forms or copy paper colors!
