I have this candy bar that I can't stop eating. Luckly it is dark chocolate. According to WebMD all this eating is actually healthy for me. Apparently the dark chocolate I am eating is high in a thing called flavonoids. These flavonoids keep cholesterol from gathering in my blood vessels, reduce my risk of blood clots and slow down my immune responses that lead to clogged arteries. "Sure, this seems like a scam. Can't you get more and better flavonoids from other foods?" No, Dark chocolate contains more flavonoids than any other food. With all the good this plant derived goody awards me it is still loaded with calories and can make me fat. Nonetheless, I have finished the candybar.
